1. Wear the socks you usually pair with these shoes.
2. Place your foot on a sheet of paper and trace its outline.
3. Measure from the heel to the longest toe with a ruler.
4. The table shows the inner length of each size. Choose the size whose inner length is equal to or a little longer than your foot.
Adjust for foot shape
– Normal: choose the size closest to your measurement.
– Wide and/or high instep: choose a full size larger than your nearest measurement.
– Narrow: choose the size closest to your measurement.
